Rick Miller is a seasoned professional speaker for both large and small audiences in Higher Education, Entertainment, Event and Facility Management.  His focus is on developing personal professional development programs and coaching professionals in utilizing their Strengths to improve performance.  As a speaker and facilitator, he uses interactive keynotes and experiential workshops (Equine Assisted Leadership, Challenge Courses, as well as “Serious Fun” indoor experiential team building programs).
