Spead the Word

One trait successful business leaders have is asking themselves important questions each day. As a sports executive or an executive member of your team, you should be asking yourself questions daily.  Questions allow you to stay relevant and grow individually as you grow your team members.  Benjamin Franklin began and ended each day with a question: “What good shall I do this day?” in the morning, and “What good have I done this day?” in the evening.

Each morning should begin by asking 5 Driving Questions.  These questions will allow you to set the tone for the day and guide your actions.  As you wrap up the day answer the 5 Questions of Reflection. These questions will allow you to review the day, identify what you have accomplished and help set the priorities for tomorrow.
